When Kradal Smart Foam is installed beneath an Altro or TOLI vinyl wear layer by an approved flooring professional, the entire system is backed by a 10-year product warranty — covering both the underlay and the vinyl above it. This gives facility managers, specifiers and procurement teams a single, decade-long guarantee on the floor that protects their residents.

Kradal Smart Foam is installed to international standards by certified contractors, with workmanship and product warranties backed by global flooring leaders Altro and TOLI.
Making a Warranty Claim
To make a claim, the original purchaser must notify Kradal in writing within 30 days of discovering a potential defect, including a description of the issue, photographic evidence, proof of purchase and installation, and maintenance records if available.

Kradal (or an authorised representative) will conduct an inspection to validate whether the issue is covered. Validated claims for the Kradal Smart Foam underlay result in replacement materials free of charge. Where Kradal also performed the installation and a workmanship defect is identified within the first year, we will carry out corrective work at no charge.
